Unexpected room mix-up surprise

The location was perfect, and the staff really tried to make it right by offering refunds and free parking. It made the extra hassle a bit easier.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't honor our pre-booked room, disappointing after a long trip. We ended up with a standard room instead of the suite we wanted.

My recent stay at the hotel was for a weekend getaway, and I truly enjoyed it! the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Cheryl at the front desk and Cam, who helped with our bags. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a great variety, and I appreciated the comfortable seating. the location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. Plus, the managers reception each evening added a nice touch to our experience.

I couldn't recommend more this hotel.
